Art to Art brings artists from different genres into the dance studio, where they pair with local choreographers to create collaborative dance performances. This year, Art to Art features 8 artistic teams (the most ever!) and a wide array of collaborating artists--theatre directors and puppeteers, musicians and vocalists, designers and engineers--in a show that promises to be a multi-arts dance spectacular!

Adaptation • Choreographer Hannah Marquardt • Vocalist Susan Wiedmeyer • Pianist Jennifer Van Brunt
The collaborative efforts of these artists are drawn from the musical composition of the composer Gounod’s Ave Maria— prayer, the Hail Mary—and a religious icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help—a painting by an unknown artist discovered on Crete in the 14th or 15th Century.
